He’s making a list, and checking it twice… no, we’re not talking about Santa, we’re talking about Chef Thierry and his decadent collection of holiday inspired desserts

We can’t begin to fathom what goes into each and every one of patissier Chef Thierry’s amazing desserts but we imagine there’s a fair amount of sugar, spice and everything nice on that shopping list of his. This year’s collection of traditional French desserts are sure to bring the magic to your festive table.

“We’re really excited to unveil our 2018 holiday collection to our guests and to be a part of their festive celebrations,” says Chef Thierry. “It’s a privilege to be at the table with family and friends, and to share our passion for the art of pastry.”

Each of Chef Thierry’s pastries is like a work of art on the plate and an explosion of flavors on the palate, from the Vanilla Bean and Coffee Macaron Cake (unveiling in January) to the Lime and Raspberry Cake and our favorite, the Yuzu and Pomegranate Fromage Blanc Tart.

Got a passion for nuts? Try the Hazelnut Tart or Pistachio and Kirsch Cherry Wreath, each the perfect finale for the table. These desserts range from $26.95 to $52.95.

For something a bit more traditional, there are the ever-popular holiday chocolates, spiced tarts and Kugelhopf.

Yule logs are available in three different sizes ranging from small ($34.95), medium ($45.95), and large ($55.95).

Thierry Cafe is located at 1059 Alberni Street and is open from 7am to midnight on weekdays and 8am to midnight on weekends.
