Packlist, Outdoor Gear To Your Doorstep

Packlist is a custom home delivery and pick-up service for camping kits and outdoor gear.

COVID-19 has heaped buckets of problems our way this year, which makes the newest entrant to the thriving outdoor industry a breath of fresh air. Packlist’s mission is to remove outdoor exploration barriers by offering touch-less drop off and pick up of an array of gear with approachable pricing.

Right now, snowshoeing is at the forefront of Packlist’s bid to get you outdoors. For $30 you can rent a standard pair of snowshoes or opt for the $50 premium shoeshoe kit which includes high-end snowshoes, trekking poles, and a daypack. You can also toss in winter tents, micro-spikes and multi-day packs as well as tonnes of other outdoor gear. Once you eclipse a $50 order, delivery is free.

The timing on this couldn’t be better as most of the big outlets have suspended outdoor equipment rentals, and in store shopping is hampered by line ups and strife. You’ll probably noticed that anything outdoor oriented (bikes, stand up paddle boards, kayaks etc) have been selling out of stock like crazy because of the massive surge in outdoor activities. Thanks COVID!

Once the snow melts and we gradually work towards global herd immunity, Packlist will switch up outdoor rental gear to match the season.

If you are like me and go camping once every 10 years, this is a great option vs buying gear that will collect dust.

Click here to see if you are within the Packlist delivery zone (don’t worry, you are) and make sure to take advantage of the free advice the Packlist team offers about spots to hit up this season.

Also, Packlist founder, Kurt Johnston, is one of the friendliest, jolly humans you might have the pleasure of waving at as he leaves your house post gear drop.

Packlist puts the outdoors on your doorstep. True story.
