Holiday Cocktails with the in-laws
Sometimes the best gift you can give is some quality time with the fam. Your terrible Holiday dad jokes will go a lot further with a couple cocktails in hand. Head over to…
The Cascade Room’s cocktail program has always been on point. Now that the relatively new GM, Justin Taylor, is at the helm, the cocktail and sprits offering has gone stratospheric. With tasty lip wetters like the “Gins ’n Roses” made with Odd Society Wallflower gin, Hayman’s slow gin, rosewater, citrus, Rain City ‘Mount Pleasant’ honey, egg white, Gunpowder Bitters and dried roses, you truly have to bring the entire family down to session the menu. For the kiddos (or those who choose not to drink), Justin has introduced a selection of non-alcoholic drinks such as “A Decade Of Debauchery,” a nod to Cascade Room’s 10 year anniversary, featuring chamomile, cranberry, apple and soda. The Cascade Room has also gone largely straw free, you can drink from glass straws offered through a partnership with local brand The Last Straw Co. Keep thousands of single use plastic straws out of landfills and take home a reusable glass straw for $5.
