Wildebeest continues to showcase its ever-growing family of BC farm providers with a Farmers’ Harvest Menu available exclusively at the Gastown hotspot until September 18.

A family style tasting experience meant to be shared by the entire table, the Farmers’ Harvest menu features five vegetable-forward dishes. The Wildebeest feature menu is available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis and costs $60 per person plus tax and gratuity. Optional beverage pairings by Bar Manager Alex Black and Wine Director Christina Hartigan are available for $32 per person.

The inspiration and ingredients for the Farmers’ Harvest menu are provided by partners including Delta’s Cropthorne Farm, Richmond’s Cherry Lane Farm, Vancouver’s Sole Food Street Farms, Pemberton’s North Arm Farm, Cawston’s Klippers Organics, Fraser Valley’s Tesfa Farms, Kelowna’s Unearthed Fine Veggies & Herbs, Aldergrove’s Glorious Organics and Salt Spring Island’s Foxglove Farm.
