Featuring one of the largest in-house smokers in the city, The Yale Saloon specializes in slow-smoked meats like pulled pork, brisket, ribs and sausage with homemade rubs, sauces and all the fixings like coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans and a jalapeno cornbread that’s been described as “better than their mother’s in Texas”. And for those looking for something on the lighter side, pork tacos, seasonal salads and sandwiches are also available.
