Tableau Bar Bistro welcomes spring with a memorable evening of French-inspired cuisine paired with four champagnes.
Like champagne? Who does’t! Join Chef de Cuisine Garett Blundell and Moët & Chandon winemaker Amine Ghanem for a multi-course dinner paired with 4 champagnes.
The multi-course meal begins with two canapés: Cheese Gougères, and Oysters with citrus espuma. A decadent first course of Lobster with caviar and potato blini and shaved asparagus will be paired with Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial. To follow, Hamachi Cru with pickled ramps, sunchoke chips, meyer lemon and prosciutto is matched with Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2006. For the main course, guests will enjoy Breast of Cornish Hen with truffles, foie gras, pommes Anna and sautéed spinach, also with the Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2006. For dessert, Moët & Chandon Nectar will be enhanced with a Citrus Tart with blackberry gel and yogurt sorbet. Moët & Chandon’s winemaker Amine Ghanem will be in attendance to pour these wines, dine with guests, and share the vineyard experience.
