H Tasting Lounge, located lobby-level at the Westin Bayshore, presents a special spirits-paired dinner, “A Taste of France, featuring Grey Goose Vodka” on Saturday, August 25, from 6:30 to 8:30pm.
The culinary event is part of H Tasting Lounge‘s newly-launched wine and spirits-paired dinner series featuring a line-up of intimate multi-course tastings that showcase the culinary imagination of executive chef Alex Mok, alongside exceptional beverages that fully complement each dish’s thoughtfully-composed flavours.
“A Taste of France” features five tasting courses paired with select Grey Goose Vodka concoctions. Adding some fun competition to the evening, other chefs from the Westin Bayshore’s culinary team will take part in an Iron Chef-style competition, each presenting a course for attendees to experience.
