Surrounded by glittering buildings and yet seemingly a world away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Vancouver, Hotel Georgia’s Reflections is the ultimate rooftop patio.

Apartment rooftops and seaside patios are never out of fashion for the ultimate summer evening soiree. And the newly redesigned Reflections, Rosewood Hotel Georgia’s courtyard in a rooftop, features a striking peek-through view of the city’s skyline and combines Vancouver’s vibrant downtown energy with the tranquility of its outdoors.

Situated amidst storied walls of historic brick, Reflections features artistic and architectural installations of earth, air, fire and water – along with heated cabanas. Inspired by the Pacific Northwest, this neck of the woods has been redesigned with garden greens, glass flooring and warm lighting to feel like a swish getaway – no passport required.

A crisp tablescape of white and blue and locally-designed driftwood platters lend to the intended coastal dining experience. This garden terrace introduces a brand new locally-sourced seasonal menu of ‘snack bowls’ designed for sharing, which showcases the ingredients of the ocean, coast and land of the northern Pacific.

Created by Executive Head Chef, Harold Lemos, the new menu features a variety of seafood and light tapas-inspired dishes. Signature menu items include Albacore Tuna Poke, Mahi Mahi Croquettes and Edamame Hummus with Seaweed Chips. For the perfect pairing, try the refreshing East Meets West Fizz, which embodies sea buckthorn syrup and carbonated jasmine tea. Meanwhile, the Kitsifornia Cobbler embraces ice wine and elderflower cordial. A carefully curated wine list highlights exclusively Pacific offerings from British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Australia, New Zealand and Chile.
